We have received a report alleging Canon Lessons website (https://canonlessons.com/dse-%E4%B8%AD%E6%96%87-past-paper/) had infringed our copyright, you are required to remove all HKEAA materials from ALL website page/subpages and googles drives under (https://canonlessons.com/dse-%E4%B8%AD%E6%96%87-past-paper/) and cease of sales and/or share HKEAA copyrighted works on or before 24 November 2025 (next Monday).

The Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) is the owner of the copyright subsisting in the examinations papers, sample papers, practice papers, marking schemes and other materials which are created for our various examinations, including the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) and the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE).

Any copying (including but not limited to manual copying, photocopying, printing, scanning, photographing, transcribing and storing by electronic means), distributing and/or making available of copies to public without our authorization infringe our copyright in these works.

In this connection, HKEAA requests you to take immediate action to remove all our past papers and related materials from all website subpages and googles drives whereas a lot of HKDSE, HKCEE and HKALE past papers can be read and downloaded by the aforesaid deadline. HKEAA reserves the right to take necessary actions such as claiming of compensation and reporting to Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department for probable criminal investigation in the event that no response received by the aforesaid deadline.
